BTW, if you want to …
BTW, if you want to find a good supplement company, search for whoever has GMP (Good Manufacturing) seal of approval. This means the company was independently tested for purity and for manufacturing accuracy. This guarantees that what’s on the label is what’s in the bottle. Metagenics, Anabolic Labs, and a few others have this certification.
Dr. Oz, like nearly …
Dr. Oz, like nearly all other medical doctors has ZERO training in nutrition. Medical school does not teach their students about supplements. This is apparent when he recommends a cheap one-a-day multi (manufactured by a large company). If you do your research, you’ll see that the cheap products have been tested and found to not work and with poor absorption into the body.

Hi Dr Oz i remember watching an episode of Oprah where you were talking about vitamins and you said something about : a lot of people do not know that some vitamins have to be taken with other vitamin in order for it to work or else there is no point taking it. EX: vitamin A has to be taken with vitamin B or else the vitamin A will not work like it should or something like that. please clarify this statement for us, so we know what vitamins have to work co-in hand with each other.
Thanks!

Hi, I recently started reading this blog – thanks for writing. As an FYI that it’s not displaying properly on the BlackBerry Browser (I have a Storm). Either way, I’m now on your RSS feed on my PC, so thank you!
Hey! I admire your writing and the way you explain things. Some of the comments on here too are insightful. I appreciate you. keep it up!
I knew I was right. Me and my friend had a bet about which website was better. I thought your article was better written, but she insisted this post on benefits of green tea was better. We consulted with a few mutual friends who had not seen either website before to scan them both thoroughly. Majority chose your site. Thanks for maintaing a great site.
Just wanted to give you a heads up that your post is not viewing as it should on the Palm Pre Browser. No problem, I’m now on the new women’s fashion posts on my home computer, so thanks!
Excellent post this will really help me.
Hey – nice write-up. We’re adamant proponents of naturally raising testosterone – life is too precious to ruin it with steroids or other drugs, so we promote new supplements from Mother Nature. Anyhow, thanks again and nice blog… I’m subscribed to your RSS feed now so I’ll check in more often!
Great blog!
