o, I’ve been living with anxiety for over 6 months and I can barely stand it anymore. I think I got my anxiety from an ulcer from worrying about this bully at my school who talked about me and I get mad whenever I think about what he said and the pain I’ve been going through. I tried all summer long to heal and get better but the anxiety comes back, I’ve wanted to get revenge on the bully and/or kill myself in the past but not anymore, I just need some relief. Can anyone help me?

I have been on benzos for years and have a huge tolleence. I just got of of adderall in december and when I take it now I get crazy anxiety attacks and I don’t know why. I would get them when I was on it too but not as bad. Benzos only help sooo much. Any answers? I may have to try getting back on adderall becasue I haven’t been able to do much of anything since I got off it. no energy or focus

We PERCEIVE that they are free because something hidden in our subconcious prevents us from being happy.
We FEEL we’re NOT WORTHY to be happy.
Maybe, like me, it’s a guilty conscience that prevents us? If you can make amends,accept that you’re not perfect and make peace with YOURSELF you can feel alot better.
You have to do some soul searching.
Try EFT. Be honest with yourself.
It might require changes in your life.

Panic is a learnt response.
What we do is scare ourselves.
I’ve had panic attacks since the age of 5 (i’m 52 now)
Something triggers it off..with me it was school bullying with others it’s maybe an inadequate feeling, anger or guilty conscience about some subconsciously held event.
Whatever it is one has to come to terms with & accept the problem.(don’t run from it)
It’s THOUGHTS that trigger feelings.
Read Claire Weekes books on anxiety or try EFT.
