This practice …
This practice should be done twice a day regularly for best effect — it will take several months to retrain the respiratory muscles. With the mouth slightly open, the lower lip is pulled in slightly and so the upper lip is in front of the lower lip when one forcefully exhales — this creates a negative pressure or vibration in the lungs which helps to clear mucus and keeps the lungs more open during the practice.

Seven repetitions …
Seven repetitions in each session, and two sessions per day. It is best if the sessions are before breakfast in the morning, and before dinner at night. If done regularly, you should see the effect after three months.

I just sent this post to a bunch of my friends as I agree with most of what you’re saying here and the way you’ve presented it is awesome.

I started smoking when I was 14 years old. It was the worst mistake of my life. Now I’m older I have found quitting is very hard. I attmpted all of the stopping aids but not one helped me stop. Then I found the e cig. The electronic cigarette forum uses a nicotine liquid that holds simply nicotine. No cancerous substances at all. They have luckily changed my life. Quitting breathing in toxic substances feels great!
