I know this may be hard to hear, but sometimes healing doesn’t always come in the way we think it should. Her soul may have chosen to release instead of heal the physical body. We all have lost someone we love to physical illness and we want so much for them to live, but sometimes their soul has another plan. We will be reunited later on but in the mean time we do miss them very much.

I’ve had many. I began Reiki in 1989 with Carell Farmer (studied with Furumoto) and studied Master’s level with William Rand. I taught Reiki for a year at the local Natural Health College, plus many years in private practice. I also produced a book on natural healing in the Niagara Peninsula on a government grant. I also studied Trager (one tutorial away from official practitioner) and chair massage with it’s founder, David Palmer, who asked me to teach with him.

The problem with …
The problem with using the word “heal” is that you never have to take responsibility when nothing happens. Healing disasters and computers? Well, if you mean disasters are averted and computers repair themselves, you’ve probably discovered a new law of physics. You should be on the front page of Time magazine and written up in Nature and several other journals. But no, that hasn’t happened because heal means everything and nothing.

I’m not sure I understand why people with such negative attitudes come in to a site like this. Is it just to have a place to dump their own problems? Also, why do some feel the need to judge those who choose to charge for their services? I have a small practice of healing which I am expanding this fall. It’s my career, but it’s more. This is what I’m supposed to be doing with my life, helping others. I have to pay for any training I receive. I have to pay for space and so on. I do not charge a large fee, but I also have to live. Those in need who cannot pay are never turned away. Those seeking to make their lives better feel grateful and would not want something for nothing. It’s an exchange of energy like anything else. If you don’t believe, then find a skeptics blog.. there are plenty of you out there to share with!
There are reasons why a person may not be healed of an illness and may make their transition. As healers, it is not our job to determine this but to be a vessesl for healing without judgment.
