I live in northeast Massachusetts near the New Hampshire border and they are offering a course on this in Atkinson New Hampshire.
I had gotten a CD about Qigong last year and found it very interesting.
I think I will have to sign up for the class. I’d love to learn it as a means of practitioner for future reference.

It depends of course on your level of training. However, it doesn’t take very long to learn the routine. I suggest practicing each meridian about 20 times each. Even if you are not familiar with this type of therapy that should be enough. Be Blessed.

To project Qi. There are many ways and levels. But, the first way goes like this. Build a good charge (like a fireball technique) and simply point your palms in the direction of the target and you are doing it. (Don’t forget to breath) It is very important. I hope this all helps you. Be Blessed.

It is possible to make things very hot with Qi and I will not say that it cannot be done. However, you would have to train very hard for a number of years with a special diet to even think about reaching a level like that. In short you would be better off with a Bic or Zippo lighter they would work much better. LOL
