DO NOT order this …
DO NOT order this DVD, Wicker sends a blank DVD. Then when or if, you return it, the postmaster will return it saying that no such address exists. I think WICKER IS A FRAUD!!! He took my money and did not deliver the merchandise. BEWARE of this guy.

Here is the deal …
Here is the deal with the benchpress. You have to do a series of warm ups for your rotator cuff RIGHT BEFORE you bench or ski or whatever. Otherwise you just make it worse. Take some Alieve to cut inflamation and do these exercises every morning for tow weeks (no bench) then you always warm up with the exercises first. Not sometimes, not sort of doing it, but the real deal. Rehab should recieve at least as much attention as your workout. This will serve you well for your whole life.

That’s exactly what …
That’s exactly what you want to feel doing the exercise – the blood is going to the muslce to lubricate it. Feels like it’s on fire.

Never force anything but do the best you can and over time it will open up. Go to the level that feels on the edge of resrtiction.

The rotator cuff is …
The rotator cuff is actually 4 muscles so any one of the muscles is called a rotator cuff problem. You most likely have an injured infraspinatus as opposed to the supraspinatus but these techniques will help all 4 muscles.
