This is part one of a two part series. Learn all about Reiki from Alana Tilton, a Certified Reiki Master Teacher. She will teach you all about Reiki, the ancient healing technique that originated from Japan, but whose roots go back to the ancient Vedic texts that are over 3,000 years old. Reiki has always been passed down from Master to student.

Reiki treats the whole person including body, emotions, mind, and spirit creating many beneficial effects that include relaxation and feelings of peace, serenity, and well-being. In the first part of this two part series Reiki Master Teacher Alana Tilton will teach you where Reiki comes from, what Reiki is, the history of Reiki, and the benefits of Reiki. This course also covers Reiki and the sick and an in depth look at the three levels of Reiki and the entire Attunement process. At the end of this course, you will learn the important Reiki Principles. As a bonus, Reiki Master Teacher Alana Tilton has added her own healing guided meditation of the Reiki Principles.
